I am a Registered Social Worker offering compassionate, affirming, intersectional and liberation-oriented individual psychotherapy services to adults (18+).
I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming care, trauma-informed therapies and working with racialiazed, neurodivergent, queer, trans and gender-diverse folx.
I’m a queer, neurodivergent (AuDHD), non-binary, multi-racial settler of Southeast Asian and Arab descent, and Registered Social Worker living and practicing on Turtle Island, in what is currently known as Ontario, Canada.
In my practice, I'm especially passionate about offering high-quality care that centres the health and well-being of racialized, neurodivergent, queer, trans and gender-diverse folx. I bring an authentic, affirming, relational, intersectional feminist, and anti-oppressive approach to therapy.
I understand healing as a process that emerges through our bodies, relationships, communities, systems, and histories. I am committed to care that is culturally responsive, affirming, and attuned, while remaining curious about the ways power, identity, oppression, and lived experience shape our relationship to ourselves and others.
In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel respected, seen, and supported to explore your thoughts, emotions, sensations, and experiences at your own pace.
My approach is dynamic, but not rigid or overly clinical. It makes room for humour, imperfection, and genuine connection alongside the harder moments.
While discomfort and challenge may arise along the way, they will always be held tenderly.

I acknowledge that I live, play, and practice on the traditional territory of the Chonnonton, Anishinaabeg, and Haudenosaunee Peoples, who continue to live on and care for these lands.
As a Palestinian-Egyptian & Filipinx settler, social worker, and uninvited visitor on these lands, I recognize that I benefit from Canada’s ongoing colonial violence and genocide against Indigenous peoples. I also name the direct role that the social work profession has played in this harm, including the forced removal of Indigenous children, the Sixties Scoop, and the ongoing surveillance and disruption of Indigenous families through Canada's child welfare systems.
Coming from lineages shaped by colonialism and genocide, I understand liberation as interconnected. My commitment to truth and reconciliation is an ongoing responsibility to remember and name harm, amplify Indigenous voices, knowledge, and practices, and actively resist colonial and oppressive systems within mental health and social work systems.
